These terms govern digital access to Strategic Thinking: A Learning-Focused Approach to Strategic Management, provided by ConvergX Publishing.
Student Rental Access
Access. Your purchase grants one individual, non-transferable account access to the online edition for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Access is for personal educational use only.
Payment. Access is a one-time charge of $50.00 plus applicable sales tax, processed via PayPal. The charge will appear on your statement as PAYPAL *CONVERGX.
Refunds. All sales are final. No refunds are provided.
Expiration. Access ends automatically six months after purchase. You may purchase a new rental term at any time. No renewal charges occur automatically.
Faculty Review Access
Access. Complimentary review access is granted to verified instructors at no charge, for the purpose of evaluating and teaching with the textbook. Accounts are subject to manual verification, and ConvergX Publishing may decline or revoke access at its discretion.
All Users
Restrictions. You may not share your login credentials, redistribute, copy, download, scrape, or republish the content. Pages are watermarked with account information. Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.
Availability. ConvergX Publishing will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and outages beyond our control may temporarily interrupt service.
